Non Exclusive License

Tha Remedy Beats Non-Exclusive License Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or downloading music sold under ThaRemedyBeats.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of the License Agreement.

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1. The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions sold by ThaRemedyBeats remain the property of ThaRemedyBeats and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee.

2. ThaRemedyBeats.com's Limited License grants you (the licensee) the right to use ThaRemedyBeats.com's royalty-free compositions for Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, Mixtapes, Internet Streaming, Performances, and/or Artist Demonstrations.

Note: For album or music video use you will need an exclusive license.

3. It is specifically understood and agreed that Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or any underlying copyrights, and that Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in the music obtained from ThaRemedyBeats.com, including any modifications or improvements made to the licensed property by Licensee.

4. The License expressly FORBIDS resale or other distribution of ThaRemedyBeats.com compositions on its own(without vocals). You CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products sold under ThaRemedyBeats.com to another user, or for use in any product.

For example: You can sell a mixtape or single mp3 that uses a ThaRemedyBeats beat if there are vocals over the beat but can't sell the beat on its own.

5. We also ask that you put a credit if you use the beat as, Tha Remedy Beats, www.ThaRemedyBeats.com

6. If the final product is on a demo/mixtape in which more then 1000 copies are made, then you require an exclusive license.

7. The user will not remove or alter the vocal tag on the FREEMIUM version of the beat..

Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law
